Stakelogic’s Legacy of Rome is another entry in the out-of-control “book of” genre, and it’s perfect for gamers who refuse to think there can be too much of a good thing. To be fair, though, considering Stakelogic’s links to Novomatic, it does make some sense that the studio would return to the genre on a frequent basis after its initial foray into the game form. They have produced Quattro and Super Stake Editions, as well as novels about Cleopatra, adventure, lions, and charms. However, they haven’t covered Ancient Rome, and it shouldn’t come as a surprise that few others have either. That alone will entice people to visit one of the greatest empires ever and take part in the increasing symbol activities there.

The best possible outcome in Legacy of Rome is to fill all five reels with the highest paying symbol and win the maximum jackpot of 5,000 times your initial wager.
If you’re looking to trade in the dunes for the arena, Legacy of Rome won’t let you down. However, if the Ancient Roman theme doesn’t grab your attention, you won’t be missing anything because it doesn’t accomplish anything special or very novel.
